This tea is created to help you with an upset stomach and improve your digestion. Perfect after meals.
All the ingredients (except green tea, which I bought from the organic shop) are handpicked by me in the French Alps, away from any pollution.
DIGESTEA INGREDIENTS:

MINT (picked in the Courchevel area) - Mint has antiseptic and antibacterial properties that help relieve indigestion and also soothe an upset stomach.

DANDELION (picked in the Courchevel area) - Believed to support healthy digestion and treat constipation.

FORSYTHIA - (picked in the Courchevel area) - Due to its antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and antiviral properties, forsythia is typically used in traditional Chinese medicine to treat bacterial and viral infections, and it's even been studied in treating certain cancers.

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Boil water
2. Pour water on your tea. If you're brewing a single cup, you'll need a cup and an infuser. Place the tea in the infuser and pour the boiling water over it, removing the infuser once brewed.
3. Brew the tea for 3-5 minutes
4. Finishing touches. Add sugar, honey or Dandelion Honey (you can find the recipe here)
5. Enjoy! There's nothing quite like a nice, well-deserved cup of tea.
