Spring 2024
Reserve your space in the Spring 2024 term by submitting the non-refundable, tuition/housing deposit by December 15.
For priority on-campus housing consideration submit your $500 housing deposit by December 1.
Housing For Spring 2024
If you wish to live in University housing, submitting your $500 housing deposit by December 15, 2023. The Office of Residential Life and Housing will be sending directions on the next steps in the process.

Fall 2024
Submit by May 1, 2023 or 10 days after receipt of your letter of admission, whichever is later.
Please note that the deadline by which to submit a deposit in order to be guaranteed fall housing is May 1 (by midnight this day, Eastern Standard Time)
Housing For Fall 2024
If you wish to live in University housing, submitting your $500 housing deposit by May 1, 2024 guarantees that you will be placed in one of our residence halls. Students who apply for housing after May 1 will be on a space-available basis. The Office of Residential Life and Housing will be sending directions on the next steps in the process. After May 1, deposits are not refundable.

*Your building placement will be based on the preferences you enter when you complete your housing application, and can be impacted by any roommate(s) requests you make. Changing your indicated preferences, or failing to enter your preference correctly, will impact your placement. Requesting a roommate who indicates a different building preference than you, or one who applied later than you (and therefore is not guaranteed their preferred building and/or (Pleasantville only) FIG placement) may result in you not being placed according to your preferences.
Sands College of Performing Arts
Accepted students (via audition or interview) to the School of Performing Arts must submit their deposit(s) no later than May 1, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. EST in order to secure a spot in the Fall 2024 incoming performing arts class. If you deposit after this date and time, you are still welcome to enroll at аIJʿª½± but you will need to select another major.
Tuition and Housing Deposit Refund
Spring 2024
Deposits submitted for the Spring 2024 semester are nonrefundable.
Fall 2024
We are aware situations are still unknown and we understand people are having a hard time making commitments to a school. Deposits are refundable in full until May 1, 2024 if аIJʿª½± receives a written request at undergradadmission@pace.edu. Deposits submitted on or after May 1, 2024 are nonrefundable. After May 1, deposits are not refundable.
